‘Avistar’ LLC assists Global Meeting Planners with travel arrangements for participants from Ukraine, Russia or Belarus who take part in the International Meetings located outside mentioned countries. Our company does not organize the entire global medical (pharmaceutical, Investigator and Monitor, or clinical) meetings, but can undertake a part of your meeting logistics at the stage when additional arrangements (e.g. Shengen and other type of visas support, ground transportations, lodging, and international/domestic flights) are required for meeting participants from non-EU countries (outside Schengen zone), viz. from Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. We will be also glad to provide the full scope of our services for your (your Client’s) event if Ukraine, Russia or Belarus has been chosen as a meeting/conference location.
Being organized by clinical research specialists, ‘Avistar’ possesses the expertise in local regulations and realities of the above mentioned countries, and therefore is able to anticipate and efficiently resolve any possible problems usually encountered both by meeting participants and planners, namely:
Visa assistance:- documents collection, translation, courier services;
- application for visas by ‘Avistar’, if no personal presence at the Embassy is required, passports delivery to participants;
- in case if personal presence is required by the Embassy:
- Travel logistics of participants’ visit to and from the Embassy (inter-city trips are usually needed for most of the participants): taxi provision and bus/train/plane tickets, lodging and meals if required;
- Consultation before and accompanying during the interview at the Embassy.
Travel logistics (to/from domestic international airports) – due to the limited number of international airports in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus:
- taxi provision and bus/train/plane tickets purchase and delivery;
- lodging and meals if required.
Additional services on demand:
- international tickets reservation and purchase (competitive tariffs);
- may act as a DMC in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus (ground service);
- may entirely organize a local meeting for the countries that were later included in the clinical trial: on the territory of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Turkey, and Egypt (attractive offers, local expertise, competitive prices).
